This project is an old factory located in Lang Yuan Station outside Northeast 4th Ring Road of Beijing. The space is quite long and narrow, with 20 meters in width, 30 meters in length and 9 meters in height. How to exploit the altitude becomes a serious part of our work. We started with a cube implanted in the roof to build a chamber in the air. Divided the factory building into two parts, one is a three-floor main space for office, the other is a two-floor photo studio with rational height. A single plant transforms into a compound space with a clear partition, reasonable function and ingenious layout. Combined with the natural light of the building, the old factory that can see through at a glance is now full of infinite vitality and surprise.

项目座落于北京东北四环外七棵树首创·郎园。走进这间老厂房，20米宽、30米长、9米高的空间很是狭长。如何利用好9米的高度成为了本次设计的重点。首先我们将屋顶一分为二，嵌入了一个立方体，打造了一个空中会所。再将整个租区垂直于屋顶分割为主次两部分，主体空间分为三层，剩下的空间分为两层以满足摄影棚的高度要求。将单一的厂房空间转化成为分区明确，功能合理，布局巧妙的复合空间。与建筑自带的天光相结合，使当初一眼就能看穿的老厂房充满了无限的生机与惊喜。
