How to effectively deliver it to the consumers? It is only achievable by multidisciplinary collaboration and cohesive planning. The consumer always perceives a brand through multiple sensory interactions. A good user experience therefore always reply on expertise from more than one design disciplines - by working together, designers are able to work on sight, sound, smell, taste and sensation at the same time, producing an integrated multisensory design outcome. The building of a brand identity always requires an interdisciplinary approach.
