2016 Chinese Calendar
丙申年二十四节气日历
We draw 24 seamless patterns matching 24 solar terms. Each figure takes inspiration from Chinese folk traditional customs, printing manually with printmaking ink on Japanese and German tissue paper. By producing the calendar, we aim to reinterpret and reinvigorate our cultural heritage in 21st century and we hope to raise more awareness to our tradition.
