This 2015 daily calendar has been designed and hand printed by VEGA. Inside, there are 24 illustrations of the 24 Chinese solar terms. The whole calendar is printed on Chinese paper, bond by side stitch – an ancient method. The final work brings out the Chinese traditional craftsmanship and cultural legacies with a twist of contemporary design, which would not have been possible without our designer’s hard work. By producing the calendar, we aim to reinterpret and reinvigorate our cultural heritage in 21st century and we hope to raise more awareness to our tradition.
